Shipments  

Shipping on all orders is a flat $9.95! All orders ship 'ground' within the contiguous United States. We only ship to United States street addresses. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or United States territories must ship Next Day Air or 2 Day Air (please contact us below to get a quote with your desired method and to see how this would effect your orders total). Our international customers should use PayPal and have the products shipped to their exporter in the United States. International shipments will only ship to a "Confirmed Address" with PayPal.

Unless otherwise specified on the customer's purchase order or on Metal Tools USA's acknowledgment, all orders will be shipped promptly via ground shipment. To ship with a quicker delivery option than ground, email us (Customer_Service@MetalToolsUSA.com) the products you plan to purchase as well as the zip code you will be having the package shipped to. We will give a prompt response with a quote for all available shipping options along with their corresponding prices. Once you have chosen your desired shipping option, let us know and we will send you a link for a mock product that will cover the cost for your chosen shipping minus the $9.95 built in shipping charge that you will pay at checkout.

We are not liable for delays in shipment occasioned by strike, fire, accidents or other conditions beyond our control. All orders received after 3:00 pm EST will ship the following day. Metal Tools USA's standard shipment and delivery days are Monday thru Friday (excluding National Holidays).

Delivery

Most orders within the contiguous USA will be delivered in 2-3 business days after shipping. Lackmond products are only shipped from our Atlanta warehouse; delivery to the west coast could take up to 5 business days. Concerned about a specific delivery time? Returns

We will refund any unused standard stock catalog product for the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee within 90 days of delivery.

We will exchange any defective product with a replacement within 30 days of delivery.

If you should need to return any product you have purchased from Metal Tools USA, please observe the following procedures: 

1. Fill out the form below requesting a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Write the RMA number on the box on several sides.

3. Email the tracking number to Customer_Service@MetalToolsUSA.com.

4. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid to destination.

5. All returned merchandise must have been purchased within the previous 90 days.
